What this site collects, why, and how to turn the optional parts off.
This site is run by ROCOR Toronto Youth Group, an Ontario not-for-profit corporation (OCN 1001594697) based at Holy Trinity Russian Orthodox Church. We collect as little as we can, we do not advertise, and we do not sell or share anything with anyone.
What we collect
Page views. Framer, which hosts this site, counts how many people open each page and which page sent them there. It does not build a profile of you and it is not used for advertising. You can switch this off below.
The contact form. If you write to us, we receive the name, email address and message you type, and keep them for as long as it takes to reply properly. Nothing else is taken from that form.
The map on the Contact page. It is loaded from Google. Opening that page tells Google your IP address and lets Google set its own cookies. You can switch this off below, and we will show the address as plain text instead.
Server logs. Our host keeps the ordinary records any web server keeps — the address of the request and when it happened — so the site can run and stay secure. These cannot be switched off.
What we do not do
No advertising or marketing cookies. No Meta pixel, no Google Analytics, no tracking across other websites. We do not sell, rent or share your details, and we do not send newsletters from this site.
Your choices
Set these however you like. Your choice is stored in your own browser, not on our server — so clearing your browser data will reset it, and you will need to set it again on each device you use.
Essential
Needed for the site to load and for the contact form to reach us. These cannot be switched off.
Anonymous analytics
Framer counts page views so we know which pages people actually read. No advertising, no profiles, and nothing shared with anyone else.
Map on the Contact page
The Contact page shows a Google map. Loading it tells Google your IP address and lets it set its own cookies. Turn this off and we show the address as plain text instead.
Questions, or want your message deleted from our inbox? Write to admin@rocortorontoyouth.org and we will take care of it.
